One of the world's largest fast food chains is offering three lucky fans a winter getaway at the world-first Colonel's Lodge.

The KFC Colonel's Lodge, set in the idyllic Blue Mountains in NSW, is a wood-panelled yuletide utopia with cosy Christmas trimmings.

The two-night accommodation features a lodge butler who will deliver an unlimited supply of KFC Christmas-in-July delights throughout the stay.

Fans across the country simply need to spend $30 or more in the KFC app during July to go into the draw to win one of three trips to the Colonel's Lodge where they could bring three of their mates.

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak raised eyebrows after he revealed he fasts for 36 hours between Sunday night and Tuesday morning each week. His decision is partially a nod to his Hindu faith, but it’s raised questions on whether observing an intermittent fasting routine is healthy.

Every $30+ transaction earns an entry to win.

KFC chief marketing officer Tami Cunningham said the giveaways were an annual event.

"We know our Christmas in July deals have been a hit in the past, so this year we had to make it all month long so everyone could get into the spirit," she said.
